On completion of your booking, you will be emailed an e-ticket containing a QR code and booking reference number. You will be required to bring your e-ticket/booking reference with you to show upon arrival. Your e-ticket will contain a URL link to our Audio-Visual Tour that you are able to download ahead of your visit.
Up to 20 tickets are available per session. Sessions run throughout the day during opening hours.
For larger groups, please use our group booking option. For further information regarding group bookings email: tourism@new.ox.ac.uk
E-tickets may only be redeemed once. If you have purchased tickets for multiple people in one transaction you can provide them with the booking reference or e-ticket and they can arrive separately and redeem their own ticket.
If you are late and miss your entry time we will do our best to accommodate you at the next available opportunity but cannot guarantee entry.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Although not required, we highly recommend creating an account with us. This provides you with the flexibility to change the date of your visit after your order has been placed, up to 7 days prior to your visit.
For account holders you are able to change the date/time of your ticket up to 7 days before your visit by logging into your account and going to order history and editing the date/time of your ticket.
The audio tour can be downloaded on arrival by scanning a QR code which are displayed throughout the grounds.
The audio tour is included in the entry fee.
Only service animals are permitted within College buildings and grounds.
Oxford residents are permitted free entry to the public areas of the College. You will be asked for proof of residency at the point of arrival.
The audio tour is currently available in English, French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Mandarin, Italian, Japanese.
